Your guide will choose the perfect spot for lunch, whether it's a scenic coastal picnic at Bullig Bay or a hearty meal at a cozy pub in Castletownbere.
Our exploration of the Beara Peninsula continues with two exciting options. We'll either test the Vagatron's off-road capabilities by visiting abandoned copper mines or embark on a secret adventure by the ocean.
As we navigate the winding Healy Mountain pass, which boasts Ireland's twistiest road, keep an eye out for ancient stone circles. These mysterious formations have puzzled historians for ages, so let your imagination roam free!
Our day concludes in the lively town of Kenmare. Here, you can savor authentic Irish music and indulge in delicious local cuisine at the numerous pubs and restaurants. Your comfortable accommodation awaits at the centrally located Coachmans Townhouse.

Get set for an active morning with a guided cycling tour through Killarney National Park (Tour Option). Highlights include Muckross House, Muckross Abbey with its ancient yew tree, and a chance to spot local deer.
The cycling adventure lasts about 3 hours, suitable for those with good fitness and average cycling skills. If cycling isn't your thing, explore the park at your own pace, perhaps hiking to Torc Waterfall or visiting Inch Beach.
After lunch chosen by your guide, we'll join the Ring of Kerry, so put your camera away and soak in the scenery.

Prepare for maximum adventure with minimal driving today. You're about to encounter some of Ireland's most breathtaking scenery, complete with rugged beauty and dramatic cliffs along the route circling Slea Head, Europe's westernmost point.
The afternoon is open to your preferences. You can either relax and fully enjoy Dingle's charms, perhaps opting for some quality downtime. Alternatively, there are numerous activities to choose from. No visit to Dingle is complete without experiencing Irish traditional music in a local session or taking a leisurely stroll through the town's abundance of art galleries and craft shops.

We kick off the day with an early start and the option to enjoy breathtaking views of County Kerry from Ireland's highest road, The Connor Pass. Afterward, quench your thirst with a cold pint at the South Pole Inn while hearing the remarkable story of its former owner, Tom Crean, an Antarctic explorer. In the afternoon, it's time for some surfing fun at Castlegregory. You can take a surf lesson (Tour Option) or simply relax on one of Ireland's most beautiful beaches.

Tonight's accommodation is at Spanish Point House, a charming family-owned guesthouse with stunning coastal views. Dinner is just a short walk away at the Armada Hotel.

Into the Heart of the West
Get ready for an exciting adventure! We're about to experience the world-renowned Cliffs of Moher the Vagabond way, with a breathtaking hike along the coast. Your guide will find the perfect spot for lunch along the route. As we continue, you'll have the chance to marvel at the Poulnabrone Dolmen, an archaeological treasure older than the pyramids.
Our journey will also include a fantastic photo opportunity at the coastal Dunguaire Castle, situated just outside the picturesque village of Kinvara. Keep an eye out for traditional black-hulled Hooker sailing boats as we sail around Galway Bay. Our destination is Galway, known as 'the city of the tribes.' It's a lively and atmospheric place with a wide range of delicious food options.
Alternatively, you can opt for a guided tour of the historic 16th-century Aughnanure castle tower, which was once the ancestral home of the fierce O'Flaherty clan. To top off the day, you'll enjoy a luxurious dinner and a memorable overnight stay at Abbeyglen Castle Hotel, nestled deep in Connemara.

Before we bid farewell, there's still plenty of time to enjoy some of Ireland's most captivating attractions. We'll immerse ourselves in the rugged beauty of Connemara, renowned for its mist-covered mountains, untamed moorlands, and enigmatic lakes.
During our journey, we'll make a brief stop for photos at Kylemore Abbey, a truly scenic historical landmark. For those seeking adventure, there's an exhilarating hike in Connemara National Park. Get ready for breathtaking vistas from the summit of Diamond Hill, which stands at 442 meters (1,450 feet). The hike, lasting about 2 hours and 30 minutes, will take us from boardwalks to steeper, uneven terrain as we ascend.
Next, we'll visit Tom's sheep farm on the mountainous shores of Killary fjord, where you can engage in hands-on experiences and witness a fascinating sheepdog demonstration.
As we begin our return journey, we'll pass through Mayo, Longford, Roscommon, Longford, Westmeath, and Meath before arriving back at the Grand Canal Hotel in Dublin between 5-6pm. It'll be time to bid farewell with warm hugs to your new friends.
