Now, your Taste of Italy journey leads you to the Eternal City, Rome. En route, make a picturesque stop in the hill town of Orvieto, where you'll indulge in a delightful tasting of its renowned local wine. Upon reaching Rome, you'll explore the iconic Colosseum, an architectural marvel dating back to 72-80 AD. This grand structure once accommodated up to 80,000 spectators who gathered to witness gladiator contests and dramatic performances. (Please be aware that, on select departures, the visit to the Colosseum may take place on day 6.) Later, return to Sorrento for a farewell dinner with your fellow travelers. Your Taste of Italy tour ends after breakfast in Sorrento.
