‘You’ refers to the person purchasing a vacation package through our platform. By making a booking and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you are representing every person in your group who will be traveling with you. If you are booking on behalf of a limited company, ‘you’ signifies that company.

‘Event’ encompasses all aspects of a holiday booking with GoEuroTours, whether it involves an active, social, or relaxation event. A ‘group’ is defined as any booking with five or more people.

It is your responsibility to carefully read and understand the terms and conditions of your booking, as your booking is legally bound by these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Therefore, it’s advisable to regularly check this web page for the latest updates.
GoEuroTours serves as an incoming tour operator, providing a ‘land-only’ service. We do not take responsibility for passenger travel to or from the European destination of your vacation. Any delays, cancellations, or other travel-related hindrances are not within our control.
Whether you are booking as an individual or a group, we will communicate primarily with the lead organizer’s name for all further correspondence, including changes, amendments, and cancellations. To make a booking and travel on vacation with us, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity and authority to book as the lead organizer. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of personal details and other information provided for yourself and all other travelers in your booking.

A condition of booking with us is that you and all members of your party, including infants and children, have adequate travel insurance coverage. Anyone under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult during their journey. Specific offers may have additional restrictions and conditions. When requesting confirmation of your booking, we will confirm the details and set aside your chosen accommodation or a similar one if your choice is not available. In certain cases, we may issue a confirmation invoice if some ground arrangements cannot be immediately confirmed. If any detail on the confirmation invoice is incorrect, please inform us or your travel agent without delay.
All prices advertised are accurate as of the publication date. However, prices are subject to change due to factors such as limited availability, upcoming events, and unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, we reserve the right to adjust prices as necessary. If, on rare occasions, your vacation price increases after booking (e.g., due to increased VAT/tax rates or unforeseen circumstances), we will notify you of the changes, but no later than 30 days before the specified departure date. We will provide an amendment invoice reflecting any changes made. Any increase in your vacation price will be a result of changes in the costs associated with supplying your vacation.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking. If you wish to add more group members after 21 days from the initial booking, the Group Leader must make the request in writing. We will make every effort to accommodate such requests. The final payment is due 60 days before the start of your vacation and will include a 4% fee in addition to any installment payments.

All prices are quoted in euros per person, including Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current applicable rates in Europe. Since our packages are prepared months in advance, we retain the right to adjust prices before your booking to account for changes in VAT rates imposed by the government. If the price has changed at the time of your booking, you will be notified of the new price before confirming your reservation.

Certain vacation components may require full payment at the time of booking to secure them on your behalf. In such cases, we will inform you in advance. Payments for these activities are non-refundable and may include, but are not limited to, show tickets, transport, and theme park admission.

Failure to notify GoEuroTours of alterations to the number of travelers at least 30 days (95 days for groups) before the vacation may result in additional charges.

All tour prices are quoted in Euro. Any currency amounts shown in other currencies are approximate and for informational purposes only. You are responsible for calculating the exact currency conversion and any associated bank fees for your country. GoEuroTours cannot be held responsible for discrepancies in conversion rates.

Special low deposit offers, including our $99 deposit, are non-refundable deposits that must be fully paid within two months from the date they are paid. Failure to pay the full 20% deposit within two months may lead to the cancellation of your booking and the loss of deposits paid.
Please note that all our special offers, including our 5% and 10% discounts, are available for non-group bookings on our Lucky Charm, Self-Drive, and Escorted tour packages only. These offers are applicable to direct bookings only (non-commission-able rates) and cannot be combined with other offers.
Cancellation of a booking can only be accepted if made in writing by the client and will only be considered cancelled when written notice is received. Refund payments have a 10% handling fee.

You may transfer your booking to another person under the following conditions:

To change the name on a booking outside 30 days before departure for non-group bookings and 95 days for group bookings, amendment fees will apply and will be added to the new invoice. If there is a new lead/organizer passenger, and they fail to make payment, you will be responsible for the balance due on that new invoice.

Please note that some airlines, accommodation providers, and other transport services may treat changes as cancellations and charge accordingly, up to 100% of the cost for that part of the arrangement. In such cases, these charges will be passed on to you.

When changing your vacation details, the price of your new travel arrangements will be based on the price at the time of the change, which may differ from the initial booking.
Accommodation allocated to your booking is at the discretion of the accommodation provider. We cannot guarantee specific room configurations due to potential changes in group sizes.

All groups checking into hotels may be required to present a valid credit card or a cash security deposit, as well as picture ID upon check-in. This is to cover any damages or noise complaints. The cash security deposit refund is determined by the accommodation supplier and should be discussed with them.
We aim to provide your vacation as booked, but under certain circumstances, we may have to cancel it. We reserve the right to cancel your vacation in any situation, except when the cancellation is due to your failure to make timely payments. In the event of a cancellation by us, you can choose between a refund or a replacement vacation of equivalent or similar standard and price if available.
While we strive to avoid making changes to your vacation, we may need to make adjustments because our vacations are planned well in advance. We will inform you or your travel agent about significant changes when you book. If you have already booked, we will notify you as soon as possible if there is sufficient time before your departure.
For escorted tours, GoEuroTours will provide a personal driver/guide for visitors. The driver will act as the guide for the duration of the tour, and in some cases, an additional guide may be designated based on group size. At certain attractions, the driver will hand over to the guide. It’s important to note that some attractions are self-guided, and visitors will explore them on their own. Drivers are allocated up to eight to nine hours of driving per day, with an additional hour designated for lunch. For safety reasons, drivers cannot drive beyond these hours unless under exceptional circumstances.
We strongly recommend that all clients take out appropriate travel insurance covering personal accidents, medical expenses, emergency evacuations, loss of funds, and participation in potentially hazardous activities.
GoEuroTours is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss experienced by a guest due to actions or omissions of hotels or other organizations. We accept no liability for tour cancellations or interruptions due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to flight cancellations, sickness, adverse weather, strikes, war, quarantine, mechanical breakdowns, government actions, acts of God, or other circumstances. To safeguard against unforeseen events, you should obtain travel insurance before your vacation. Tour participants are insured as passengers while using the vehicles provided during our tours.

The driver must hold a valid driver’s license that has been in effect for at least two years. Drivers must be between 25 and 75 years old (some vehicles may require drivers to be 30 or older). Younger and older drivers may be accommodated for an additional charge. If you require additional drivers, fees will apply and must be paid directly to the rental desk upon arrival.

You are required to pay a deposit for each person when booking, as specified. The deposit amount will be provided by us or your travel agent at the time of booking. If not specified, the deposit will be the amount we request upon booking, even if it is 100% of the vacation price. Within the allocated time before your booking, we will send you a Confirmation Invoice, detailing the amount owed. You must make this payment as per the last invoice issued by us within the specified time frame before your vacation. Failure to pay on time gives us the right to consider your booking canceled and to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the total on that last invoice. Sales tax will be applied to all bookings.

GoEuroTours is not responsible for delays outside of our control that result in passengers missing their flights. While we make every effort to ensure passengers reach the airport on time during escorted tours, we are not liable for unexpected delays.
We reserve the right to refuse service to customers or discontinue services if we believe their behavior is disruptive, threatening, abusive, causes inconvenience, damages property, or puts other travelers, our staff, or agents at risk. If services are refused due to disruptive behavior, no refund will be issued.
Any accommodation arranged by us may only be used by the individuals named on your confirmation invoice (or the latest amendment invoice). You are not allowed to share the accommodation or permit others to stay there. You are responsible for any damage to the accommodation or its contents during your stay, and any charges related to such damages must be paid by you, possibly on-site.
